The sun was starting to dip lower, casting a golden hue over the pool as I watched Katee glide effortlessly through the water. Grabbing the bottle of sunscreen, I approached the edge of the pool, kneeling as she turned around. My hands shook slightly as I spread the lotion across her smooth skin, my fingers tracing her shoulders, moving slowly, almost deliberately. She let out a soft sigh as I finished, the sound sending a spark through me. Without saying a word, she stood, stepping out of the pool, droplets running down her body. We didn’t need to speak. The world outside ceased to exist as our hands roamed, exploring, pulling closer. Her skin was warm under my touch, her breath ragged as we tumbled onto the bed.
